Legal notice & privacy

This site is a personal portfolio. It collects as little as possible: only what you choose to send, and anonymous visit statistics.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Who runs this site

Mohamed Dhia Arfa, independent designer, trainer and web developer based in Tunisia. Publication director and data controller: Mohamed Dhia Arfa. Contact: mohameddhiaarfa@gmail.com.

Hosting

Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com).

What is collected, and why

Contact form: your name, email, the service you pick and your message, used only to answer you.

Newsletter and free resources: your email (and name if given), used to send what you asked for and, for the newsletter, occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or writing to me.

Chat assistant: the messages you type, used only to generate a reply. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Visit statistics: anonymous, aggregate page views and performance measures (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Who processes the data

Resend (email delivery) sends form submissions to my inbox and confirmations to you. Anthropic (Claude) receives chat messages to generate the reply. Vercel hosts the site and produces the anonymous statistics. Booking a call happens on Cal.com, under Cal.com's own privacy policy.

Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

How long it is kept

Messages stay in my email inbox for as long as needed to follow up with you, and are deleted on request. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. The site itself keeps no database of submissions.

Stored on your device

Your browser's local storage remembers your language, light or dark theme, and which free resources you unlocked. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to mohameddhiaarfa@gmail.com. These rights apply under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 on personal data protection and, for visitors in the European Union, under the GDPR. You can also complain to your data protection authority (INPDP in Tunisia, CNIL in France).
